The platform consist of two levels : teacher's level and pupil's level.
Pupil can view his part of platform by writing www.your_domain.free.pelp.net and choosing Access for pupil.
Teacher log in by entering main page www.pelp.net, choosing Login, writing down your_domain (or writing down your_domain direct in right-top corner of main page)and login and password in message box.
At beginning of work with generator we complete some formality.
We have to appoint squads (classes, groups) their names maybe any.
Next we should fill in base of pupils, it will make possible correct login to tests as well as pick up statistic of theirs results.
Next step can be qualification of name of test or published material.
Next e.g. we edit established test we add questions and set their score.
At the end we define parameters of access (password and name of user),
time of duration, scale of marks, way of behaviour test for trying relogin one pupil.

Addition and removing of squads
|
Adding class:
We choose ADD CLASS: we write down squad of class
and we accept by clicking OK.
You want to remove class:
We choose REMOVE CLASS: choose name of class from list: REMOVE
and click OK.
(Remember that the base of pupils and all tests from removen class will be canceled.)

Menu: Organization of environment in choosen class.
It permits onto acces to tool which menage pupils in class and theirs passwords.
Next, to generator of tests, manager of files administrating published materials, administrative part of forum, and tool which makes set of questions. Next tool givies possibility of define basic parameters of pupil's work as well as login and password for teacher.

Addition and removing pupils from base

Base of pupils: Group of pupils, which are entitled to view materials, participate in forum and dissolving tests.
To check the list of pupils form given class click BASE OF PUPILS and choose squad (a, b, c ...) and accept OK.
Programme will display names and surnames of existing persons in base.
Add pupil to list:
press ADD PUPIL: choose squad, put down it's datas and press ADD.
To add pupuil to base you can also use access form, in which pupils can fill their datas by themselfs.This option can be turned on in Parameters by checking Access Form
Removing the pupil from list:
press button REMOVE by the surname of person which we are going to cancel.
Change pupil's password:
press button CHANGE PASSWORD by the surname of choseen person , set new password and accept them.

Addition of materials

Materials:
Choosing will cause passage to menu permitting to manage and publish materials.
After it's activation user will see content of catalogue with published materials, their size, rights of access as well as owner. Documents are represented by icons and names. Choosing document will cause experiment of displaying it in internet browser. Edit button permits on direct edition of choosen file in browser, with possibility of its improving and overwriting directly on server. Remove - permits onto fast removing of document from server. Documents can be edited exclusively if we add its extension to group of operated expansions through upper menu button (formats). Obviously if such format si served bycustomer's computer correctly.
There is a posibility of institution "hiden" catalogues and documents . They are this files which name begins from dot (.catalogue). "Hide" attribute causes that browser at pupil's side does not see them. It makes possible e.g. publishing finished internet sites made from many files and make shortcut to them. Pupil sees only name of shortcut and in easy way he can reach this information.
Upper menu:
- Return to service - it starts main site (often index.html)
- Display materials - it permits onto vieving published materials for given class.
Down Menu:
- create catalogue - it generates new catalogue.
- create file - it permits onto create new documents (equivalent system "touch file_name") Do not forget to write extension of created file
- Upload file - permits for load files to catalogue from client's browser.
create shortcut - it generates shortcut, e.g. choosing shortcut to catalogue causes open it.
Copy - it permits onto copying files and structures of catalogues.
change name - it makes possible change of name of file or catalogue.
formats - it permits to add types of files recognized by system. Adding type of filne to base causes, that at its name will be disp\layed edition button, permitting for view it in the editor.

Addition of test

Creation of new test:
To to create new test click NEW TEST
Write down name of created test and press ADD
Defining name of test you can show pupil section as well as define user and password, when you don't want it to be generally accessible.
Names can be any. Classes are divided into squads(a, b, c ....), and quantity of tests is limited only by place on server. After acceptance in base of tests generator will create new test.
If test is succesfull created we choose display tests and edit it.

Addition of baskets and questions
Choose class from list of tests and edit tests.
Through button DISPLAY you can edit already existing question of test as well as add new.
Creating test teacher organizes questions into "baskets" in accord to rules:
pupil will recive one question from each basket, if there is only one question in basket generator will be forced to use this question. If there is more (quantity is not limited),the question will be drawn . Order of executing of baskets during dissolving the tests is drawn, this mechanism prevents repetition of questions at neighbouring computers at the same time.
Orgazization of questions into baskets are projected to diversify e.g. next starting of test by the same pupil(repeat of test),
but they also put on some limitations: If you want effect to be comparable in scale of groups or classes , the question in basket should be about comparable scale of difficulty ( all questions in basket are score identically). From this regards if teacher desires to receive comparable diagnosis of skills of pupil has to warn rules of placing in basket questions diagnosing the same skill.
Test should be planned earlier.
Quantity of baskets and questions can be any. Quantity of baskets is equal to quantity of questions, which pupil will receive.
Choosing ADD BASKET
generator start to create first question in given basket, giving possibility of qualification a kind of question:
close (choice),
open (pupil passes result in form of numbers or text)
In form of question we write down question, scale of points (in first question of every basket),and studied skill, competence of pupil. If in rolled list "section" we do not have interesting us skill we write down it in tail nearby (keeping him in form of one word)
If we want to add graphic file to question, we use field "Ew. Graphic", Which in easy and friendly way will make possible addition of small picture to question. Let's remember, that graphic pictures can achieve large sizes making difficult working of test in net. For comfort dissolving our tests, take care about as small sizes of graphic files as it is possible, best in standard formats jpg whether gif.
We define variants of answer in set question, do not forget to mark correct answer in field "checkbox" on the right side of suitable variant.
We do not have to fill every possible answers.
REMOVE button cancel test after assurance.

Parameters
|
Form parameters makes possible setting the way how pupil can log in to test by setting login and password. Pupil will be logged in to test, if he will pass correctly above mentioned , valid parameters,and name and surname are correct with registration in base of pupils for given class. Through marking field individual log inpupil will be forced to giving individual login and password, attributed him by teacher while adding to base of pupils. It is also possible to qualificate maintenance of test in case of second log in of pupil through parameter "blockade" options:
- lack of limitations - without additional restriction,
- forbid next try of solution of test in time of his duration (temporary) - pupil can log in only once to test onto time what has been put in field "time" (it prevents this multiple try of starting to dissolve during test.
- permit on only one attempt of dissolving the test - it permits only one log into test. In aim to pupil could dissolve it again, teacher has to unblock pupil choosing button STATISTICS,
further BLOCKADE to display suitable class, where we can see already dissolving persons and through choice REMOVE nest to the surname we take off him limitation at datas.
Field time permitts on qualification the amount of time for solution of test, after that time test will be finished and form with results will be displayed.
Form comment is designed for defining content of displayed announcement at beginning of test. Pupil can read it , after loged in and before reciving first question. Teacher may place here own comments and instructions . It is possible to change standard text placing own.
Form scale of marks makes possible to change and adaptation the way of estimating to given situation, into suitable fields we write down percent range for suitable opinions.

Statistics

Form statistics graphically shows results of test in all classes giving possibility of easy comparing them by choosing statistics of classes.
Button STATISTICS OF PUPILS shows individual pupil results. Choose suitable squad and confirm by OK.

Interpretation of results of test

Interpretation of results
Results are counted in accord to studied skill, which teacher introduced in field "section" when he formed the question
Thanks of such construction you can see statistic of correct answers from given section.
It is information about correct answers (no points). List is finished by average solved questions, where we receive summary calculation of quantity of correctly solved questions.
Last line average of capture points is information about quantities of captured points .
Button blockade permits to cancel limitations for given pupil , when teacher permits for second dissolving , obviously in situation when in form parameters field blockade is put on option time or turned off.

Set of Questions
|
Set of questions allows for:
Build your personal set of questions, grouped by optional categories, sections, topics and with scale of marks.
At the begining you have to appoint suitable category, next you can
set up questions, tasks. While setting question you are setting category and mark for wchih you are creating question
WARNING ! - Deleting of category causes delete of questions ascriptied to this category
Platform gives possibility of building personal set consisting of any number of categories and questions.

Parameters for class
|
Parameters for class form permitting for arrangement of names under which pupil will have perrmision to basic part of range (tests,materials,forum). This is possible to turn off choosen module through distinction field "checkbox".
Second part of form allows onto settlement of way log in to service.
- lack of password for class - gives possibility to view sites without acquaintance of password. You can publish for example hoursplan in this way(changing name "MATERIALS", turning off "tests" and "FORUM"), materials for parents ( e.g. educational requirements etc. )
- individual passwords - necessity of giving individual password for each participant of group. After logg in pupil has possibility of change it.By choosing Acces Form we give pupil acces form through which they can add theirs datas(name, surname, password) into system by theirselves.
Password is also used to checking identity of pupil disolving test (if we mark it in parameters of given test ->display tests ->parameters ).
- one password for everybody - easy, don't needed large expenditure of work with placing the passwords depending of log to service, settlement for choose class common login and passwords.
